Known for her attention to detail and steady approach, Aayeesha navigates the complexities of real estate while making the experience feel clear and manageable for her clients. Born and raised in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Aayeesha developed an early appreciation for culture, design, and community. While studying at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, she was introduced to architectural history, sparking a lasting interest that continues to inform her perspective on homes and the built environment. She later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and spent seven years working in production and development within the fashion industry, where she honed her skills in problem-solving, project management, and high-level client execution.

Building on this foundation, Aayeesha earned a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism-an education that aligns naturally with her belief that great service is rooted in anticipation, personalization, and care. She brings this hospitality mindset to real estate, focusing on creating thoughtful, well-supported experiences that prioritize clarity, comfort, and trust from start to finish.

Outside of her professional work, Aayeesha is actively involved in community and global initiatives. She participates in Give Back Homes build days and is a member of LACF, supporting efforts to foster unity through cultural awareness and diversity. She is also involved with Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting underserved communities both locally and internationally.

Aayeesha also hosts the YouTube channel "Aayeesha Essue - Trini Realtor," where she shares real estate insights and answers timely questions with honesty and approachability. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new food experiences, hosting family and friends, and spending time with her energetic Doberman puppy, Damian.
