Aayeesha Essue

I approach real estate as a deeply personal process. Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction; it's a journey shaped by trust, emotion, and thoughtful execution. Known for attention to detail and a steady approach, I navigate the complexities of real estate while making the experience feel clear and manageable.

Born and raised in the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, I developed an early appreciation for culture, design, and community. While studying at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, I was introduced to architectural history, an interest that still informs how I see homes and the built environment. I later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and spent seven years in production and development, honing problem solving, project management, and high level client execution.

Building on that foundation, I earned a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism, an education that aligns naturally with my belief that great service is rooted in anticipation, personalization, and care.

Outside of work, I participate in Give Back Homes build days and am a member of LACF, supporting efforts to foster unity through cultural awareness and diversity. I'm also involved with Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, a nonprofit supporting underserved communities locally and internationally. I host the YouTube channel “Aayeesha Essue: Trini Realtor,” where I share real estate insights with honesty and approachability.
